Catholics at the Capitol is a day of education and advocacy for all Catholics interested in learning more about Catholic Social Teaching and the call to the faithful to advocate for justice. The program includes educational sessions throughout the day followed by visits with legislators and staff at the state capitol.

The April 10, 2013 event will take place at Monona Terrace in Madison, WI.

BADGER COACH - BUS TRANSPORTATION FROM MILWAUKEE

To facilitate travel, the Office of Social Justice Ministry of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee has chartered a coach bus for the event with three scheduled pick-up  and drop-off locations including:

1. Marquette University's Alumni Memorial Union just east of 16th & Wells, spot time 6:40 am, departs at 6:55 am

2. State Fair Park and Ride lot in West Allis, anticipated arrival time 7:15 am, departs at 7:25 am

3. Goerke’s Corners in Waukesha, anticipated arrival time 7:40 am, departs at 7:50 am.

Bus will also transport attendees from Monona Terrace to the State Capitol for meetings with legislators and staff; departure at 3:05 and 3:30 pm.

Return trip to Milwaukee's three designated drop-off locations leaves the State Capitol at 5:15 pm. Final drop-off at Marquette should be at 6:45 pm (or earlier with good traffic!).
