The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist parish is seeking a full-time Director of Administrative Services and Development to minister to and with our vibrant parish.
The director will lead this ministry of administration as it pertains to parish finances, funds development, human resources, information services and oversight of facilities management.
This team member will work with and report to the Cathedral Rector and Pastor, and collaborate with the pastoral staff, support staff, and ministry leaders to guide and care for parish resources in a model of discipleship.
Qualification
Our desired candidate will be a practicing Roman Catholic, and have an understanding of pastoral ministry and parish life.
Other qualification include: experience and training/education in finance, accounting, personnel administration, office and building management, funds development methods, technology systems oversight, and Archdiocesan guidelines.
Compensation
Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
