Correction to 9/14/13 Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Article

An article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Saturday, September 14, 2013, incorrectly presented the status of a motion in front of U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Randa in pending litigation between the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and its insurance carriers. The article failed to mention that Judge Randa had already granted the archdiocese’s request for a “stay” in the insurance adversary proceeding, on Friday, September 13, 2013. The stay is for 60 days to allow the archdiocese and its insurance carriers to engage in mediation.
