Adobe recently released a new version of its Acrobat software. The upgrade is free and provides significant enhancements to previous versions. With the new Acrobat Reader you'll have the ability to "Save" data entered into PDF forms as long as the form's author enables that feature. Previously, you could only enter the data and print.
To get the upgrade, go to the Adobe Acrobat download page.
Once you arrive at the page it will take a few moments for the Download button to appear. It's a pretty painless process; just follow the instructions that appear on the screen. I encourage you to install the Acrobat upgrade on all of your office computers.
