April - Child Abuse Prevention Month

The Archdiocese of Milwaukee is committed to keeping children safe each and every day of the year. April is national Child Abuse Prevention Month and during this time we place extra focus on the prevention and awareness of safe environments. During this time, we highlight one week as Safe Environment Week so that everyone can simultaneously focus on abuse prevention, including the archdiocesan initiatives that are already underway. 

This year the Archdiocese of Milwaukee will recognize April 21-27, 2024 as Safe Environment Awareness Week.
