DONATIONS FOR HAITI
On January 12, a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck Haiti, the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere. The thoughts and prayers of the Archdiocese, World Mission Ministries, and the several parishes with sister/twinning relationships with Haiti are with the people of Haiti and their families and friends at this time.
To help you reach out to the people of Haiti, Archbishop Listecki has asked World Mission Ministries to receive and help distribute financial donations. 100% of these will be distributed as follows: one-third to Catholic Relief Services for immediate relief, one-third to the Haitian parishes and organizations, and one-third to be held for later distribution to meet long term needs that will arise in the months that follow.
Please send your checks marked Haitian Relief and payable to:
World Mission Ministries PO Box 3087 Milwaukee, WI 53201-3087
You can also donate online. When using the online form, please choose Haitian Relief at the top of the form and type Haitian Relief in the "comments" section of the form.
