Author Visit - Angalia Bianco
Description
The St. Dominic St. Dismas Jail Ministry welcomes Angalia Bianca, author of "In Deep: How I Survived Gangs, Heroin, and Prison to Become a Chicago Violence Interrupter," as their program presenter.
Angalia Bianca works in Chicago and speaks in schools, prisons, and the media on ways to combat violence. She was name Citizen of the Year in 2017 by the National Association of Social Workers Illinois Chapter for her commitment.
Dinner: 5:30 PM - Everyone attending the dinner is asked to bring a dish to pass:
- Last name A-K: appetizer or salad
- Last name L-S: Main course entree
- Last name T-Z: Dessert
