Business Office Assistant/Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Business Office Assistant is responsible for further advancing the system by overseeing the tuition statement and accounts receivable function, serving as SMSA’s Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (“WPCP”) Designee, and providing backup support for all Business Office functions. 

Qualifications

The successful candidate should be possess an Associate’s Degree in Accounting with at least three to five years of related accounting experience as well as proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong understanding of Excel functions, pivot tables and linking spreadsheets.  Candidate also needs to be self-motivated and able to work independently with the ability to read, comprehend, follow, and give oral and written instructions, work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.
