Administrative Assistant- St. John the Evangelist School

 

The position involves a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Greeting and reception of parents, teachers, and students

  • Communications- answering phones, responding to emails, creating flyers, sign up sheets, and assisting visitors, teachers, students, and parents

  • Helping with day- to- day activities in the school 

  • Report creation and editing for ongoing data tracking

  • Assisting and supporting the principal

 

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

1. Courteous and respectful manner towards all members of the school and parish

community.

2. Clerical, computer and organizational skills.

3. Practices confidentiality regarding all aspects of school/personnel information.

4. Excellent at face to face, phone, and written communication

5. Experience with the Milwaukee and Wisconsin Choice Programs preferred
