Administrative Assistant in Development Office

Job responsibilities will include: 

  • Data entry

  • Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail

  • Record keeping

  • Typing of donation receipts

  • Coordinating the high school’s Scrip program

  • Assisting with special events

Qualifications

Skills required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education

  • Prior Administrative Assistant experience

  • Highly organized

  • Detail oriented

  • Multi-tasker

  • Professionalism

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Microsoft office skills

  • Experience with Google Docs
