Sustain communication to parents and maintain incoming correspondence such as mail, faxes, voice mail, and emails. To reply in an appropriate and timely manner.
Communication with parents regarding enrollment in Choice programs and aiding parents in the process.
Responsible for keeping attendance and lunch counts accurate.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
Other duties as needed by principal and teachers and staff.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Person must be a team player and adaptable to a fast paced environment.
Good verbal and communication skills.
Exhibits a good Catholic-Christian attitude with other people.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google products.
Skilled in maintenance of copy machines and printers, telephones and intercom systems.
Organized and willing to collaborate and work with others in a friendly manner. Can prioritize tasls.
Must be willing to maintain confidentiality and privacy of others.
Flexibility to take on additional tasks if necessary.
Spanish speaker preferred.
