In this role, you’ll expand and engage a vibrant, connected alumni network by generating plans and supporting operations related to alumni cultivation, solicitation, recognition and special events planning (such as class reunions). You’ll also aid other team members, collect & share compelling stories, and contribute your creativity to the team’s goals attainment & operations.
Show us your proven success in relationship building, events planning, or donor cultivation, solicitation & stewardship. If you feel a connection to Siena’s vision of affecting positive change in the community by graduating life-long learners, grounded in strong Gospel values, who are prepared for higher education and to meet the challenges of a rapidly-changing world with compassion and hope, we want to hear from you!
You’ll need at least a Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate, relevant experience, with demonstrated success in a development support or event planning role (or one which has clearly transferable skills). You need not necessarily be Catholic to apply, although donor-facing roles would benefit greatly from having been the product of a Catholic education. All the better if you’re a graduate of one of our Catholic schools in Racine.
In addition to a broad and generous benefits package, including health insurance options, a 403(b) retirement plan, paid vacation and holidays, and competitive pay, you’ll have the opportunity to be in on the ground floor of an exciting opportunity to expand our development vision! If you have a passion for providing all families in our community with the opportunity for a rigorous education within a Catholic school setting, please apply online at: bit.ly/SienaJobs
