KR Countyline Catholic Parishes, Kansasville, WI, is seeking a full-time Business Manager with great organizational and financial skills to coordinate and manage the business aspects for our 4-parish collaboration serving approximately 1,000 families. We seek and individual who loves the Lord and who will help further the mission of our Catholic parishes. This person will serve as the point person to the pastor/administrator for all parish and business-related needs including working with our bookkeeper, property management, financial stewardship, safe environment, and human resources. This person provides administrative management and works to ensure effective daily operations and compliance with archdiocesan policy and state and federal law.
This position required experience in business and knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Office products with the ability to learn other software platforms. A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or equivalent, is highly desired. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, have excellent leadership and organizational skills, be detailed oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with many volunteer members of the parishes in total support of our Catholic Faith.
