This position manages a wide variety of aspects of parish administration, including management of the parish office and staff; serving as a resource for finance council, pastoral council, buildings and grounds, and other committees; management of parish cemetery; financial management, including budgeting, monitoring deposits and payables, and reporting; personnel management, including payroll, benefits administration, training and performance appraisals; management of communications, technology and media relations; facilities management, including supervision of maintenance staff, scheduling, and coordination of repairs and other services; and management of parish stewardship efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred. Work experience in business administration, accounting, or finance preferred. Supervisory experience required. Working knowledge of office and accounting software, and office technology required. Valid driver’s license required. Practicing Catholic preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Conflict resolution and mediation experience preferred. Must be able to prioritize, be attentive to details, and maintain confidentiality.
