Responsible for the financial, business, personnel, communication, IT and building matters of St. Gabriel Parish and School. Supervises direct reports (2 accounting, 3 administrative, and 3 building staff) who effectively manage the daily accounting, administrative, communcation and building duties. Responsible for financial reporting and budgeting/projecting of the parish and school. Communication and leadership skills required that would exhibit the ability to influence and articulate parish goals in accordance with the parish mission as well as work in collaboration with the Pastor, parish trustees, finance council and pastoral staff. Oversees the personnel directives of the parish and supervise the payroll function, which is administered by the payroll supervisor. Coordinates IT needs with outside IT vendor. Coordinates building matters and budgets with the building supervisor and building commission.
Qualifications
BA in accounting or business administration
5 years managerial experience exhibiting relevent responsibilities. Experience similar to a CPA, CFO or controller preferred.
EXCELLENT communication and collaboration skills required
Problem solver and community builder is a necessity
Mission and Ministry minded needed to be successful
Practicing Catholic preferred
