The Director of Faith Formation is a part-time Pastoral Staff member, serving as a staff resource in support of the pastor, fulfilling and sustaining the pastoral and formational needs of the parish. The DFF conducts these efforts with gifts and talents required to work within the framework of shared ministry in Catholic faith and values.
The DFF serves in a key parish management position. As part of the Pastoral Staff, the DFF ensures that the pastoral and faith formational needs of the parish are sustained.
