The Ideal Candidate will support the mission of St. Leonard School that all students are Growing in the Image of Jesus Christ and must demonstrate:

Ability to incorporate various equipment to increase the physical well-being of the students

Supervision of student activities within the classroom and other areas as assigned

Identification of student needs and collaborate with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students to achieve success

Communication with parents through conferences and other means to discuss students’ progress

Expertise to evaluate students’ academic and social growth and keep appropriate academic records.

Knowledge on establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom.

Maintain professional competence through in-service education opportunities.
