No pastor/parish director, not even the best one, can run a parish on their own. With fewer priests, more demands from parishioners in a complicated society and a faster pace of life, he/she can’t do it alone. Every pastor/parish director needs a parish leadership team, a special group of three to five people who, along with the pastor/parish director, are collectively committed to helping them make the parish amazing and bring more people to Christ and his Church. The Amazing Parish conference is designed for pastor/parish director and up to four other parish leadership team members.
One of the greatest challenges pastors and parish directors face is selecting the right team of people to support them and share in responsibility for running the parish. Two helpful resources are:

Amazing Parish has negotiated discounted rates on hotel rooms attached to the Wisconsin Convention Center. There is limited number of rooms blocked off for conference attendees, so make sure to book your rooms when you register for the conference. In addition to the discounted room rate, we’ve negotiated a self-parking rate of $10 per day.
