St. Jerome Parish School is seeking a faith-filled, energetic, and academically driven 3K Teacher to join our faith-filled faculty.

Position Overview

The 3K Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, faith-filled learning environment that supports the spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. The teacher integrates Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Education or related field preferred)
• Compliance with all Archdiocesan child protection training and procedures

Compensation & Employment Details

• Type: Annual salary with benefits
• Supervisor: Principal
• Location: St. Jerome Parish School, Oconomowoc
• Employment Status: Full Time (as designated in letter of employment or addendum)

ADA Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear
• Frequent use of hands and arms; ability to sit for extended periods
• Close vision required for paperwork and computer work
• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, monitor, and telephone
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Work performed primarily in a classroom/office environment
