Position Summary 
St. Eugene School, an exemplary Catholic school in Fox Point, WI, is seeking a full-time 3K Teacher to join our dedicated and collaborative faculty. We are looking for an educator who is patient, creative, and team‑oriented, and who is passionate about fostering a warm, developmentally appropriate learning environment for our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a nurturing, engaging 3K classroom rooted in Catholic values
• Implement developmentally appropriate practices aligned with WMELS
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Foster social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth in early learners

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Certification
• Knowledge of Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards (WMELS)
• Experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
