Burlington Catholic School is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic teacher to teach one of our three sections of Fourth Grade. 

Burlington Catholic School is located in the heart of Burlington, WI, educating over 400 students in grades K3-8th grade. This 4th grade position is full time beginning in August of 2026. As a teacher of BCS, you would also be eligible for benefits including insurance (medical, dental, and vision), funds for continuing education, 403B matching, and additional funds to enhance your classroom.

As a fourth-grade teacher at Burlington Catholic School, candidates are required to: 

• have a bachelor's degree
• have a valid teaching license to teach elementary education or a willingness to complete a plan of study to gain appropriate credits in the education field
• have experience working with students at the intermediate age
• create student-driven, age-appropriate lessons, units, and centers that follow the Archdiocesan exit expectations
• have a willingness to collaborate with colleagues, most importantly, with one’s partner teacher and learning support staff
• have strong communication skills both verbal and written
• be comfortable with implementing technology in one’s teaching and / or willingness to learn
• have certification in (or willingness to get) Safeguarding All God’s People
