St. Catherine of Alexandria is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant for approximately 20 hours per week.  Preferred candidate will have some financial knowledge and experience, as well as being detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Posting contributions into the parish census program
  • Entering new parishioners into the census program
  • Answers and directs phone calls when needed
  • Record records into cemetery spreadsheet
  • Greet visitors
  • Miscellaneous tasks as they arise
     

Skills and Required Knowledge

  • Proficient knowledge of computers and word processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other parish software
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills for relating to parishioners and visitors
  • Possess good problem solving skills and show attention to detail
  • Maintain confidentiality
