St. Catherine of Alexandria is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant for approximately 20 hours per week. Preferred candidate will have some financial knowledge and experience, as well as being detail oriented.
Responsibilities
- Posting contributions into the parish census program
- Entering new parishioners into the census program
- Answers and directs phone calls when needed
- Record records into cemetery spreadsheet
- Greet visitors
- Miscellaneous tasks as they arise
Skills and Required Knowledge
- Proficient knowledge of computers and word processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other parish software
- Possess strong interpersonal skills for relating to parishioners and visitors
- Possess good problem solving skills and show attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality
