Corpus Christi Parish School is seeking a welcoming, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Business & Admissions Office to support the daily operations of our school community. This is more than an administrative support position—it is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide exceptional service to families and visitors, support the important work of our school leaders, and make a lasting impact on the students and families we serve.
Working closely with the Business Manager and Director of Admissions and Marketing, the Administrative Assistant – Business & Admissions Office plays an essential role in supporting the business, financial, admissions, and communication operations of Corpus Christi Parish School. This position serves as a welcoming resource for families, staff, parish members, vendors, and visitors while helping ensure the smooth and effective operation of the school.
