Corpus Christi Parish School is seeking a welcoming, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Business & Admissions Office to support the daily operations of our school community. Working closely with the Business Manager and Director of Admissions and Marketing, the Administrative Assistant – Business & Admissions Office plays an essential role in supporting the business, financial, admissions, and communication operations of Corpus Christi Parish School. This position serves as a welcoming resource for families, staff, parish members, vendors, and visitors while helping ensure the smooth and effective operation of the school.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Manager and the Director of Admissions and Marketing to support the school's daily operations.
  • Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for families, students, staff, parish members, vendors, and visitors.
  • Assist with tuition management, financial transactions, accounts payable, payroll support, and maintaining accurate business records.
  • Maintain confidential student, employee, and financial records with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support enrollment, registration, tuition assistance, admissions, marketing initiatives, and special events.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate school communications, including the weekly newsletter and website updates.
  • Collaborate with school administration, faculty, parish staff, and volunteers to advance the mission of Corpus Christi Parish School.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • A commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business administration, accounting, office administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Administrative office experience; experience in a school, parish, nonprofit, or business office setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, tuition management, payroll support, or accounting software is preferred.
