Corpus Christi Parish School is seeking a passionate, relationship-centered Development Director to inspire generosity and strengthen the future of our thriving Catholic school community. This is more than a fundraising position—it is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, share our mission, and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families for generations to come.

As a member of the administrative team, the Development Director will lead the school's comprehensive development program, working collaboratively with the Principal, Board of Directors, School Advisory Commission, volunteers, and staff to cultivate a vibrant culture of philanthropy that advances Corpus Christi Parish School's mission and strategic vision.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual development plan.
• Cultivate, solicit, steward, and retain individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
• Build strong relationships with current families, alumni, grandparents, parishioners, and friends of the school while identifying and engaging new supporters.
• Lead fundraising initiatives, donor cultivation events, and other development activities.
• Research, write, and manage grant proposals and reporting.
• Oversee the school's donor database, development budget, and gift reporting.
• Lead and support the Development Committee and supervise development support staff.
• Collaborate with school leadership to effectively communicate the mission, vision, and impact of Corpus Christi Parish School.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• A commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in fundraising, development, sales, marketing, nonprofit leadership, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and donor database software; experience with Raiser's Edge NXT is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
