Make a difference. Use your skills. Live your faith.
Come Put Your Skills to Work for Something Bigger!
If you are looking for a position where your experience matters, your work has purpose,
and you can be part of a faith-filled community, we invite you to consider joining the St.
Kilian team.
St. Kilian Parish and School are seeking a full-time Director of Facilities to help care for the buildings and grounds that support our parish, school, and Catholic community.
This is more than a facilities position—it is an opportunity to use your professional skills in a place where your work directly supports the most important mission of making known the love of God. Every day, you will help create safe, welcoming, and well-maintained spaces where children learn, families worship, and our parish community gathers.
Why Work at St. Kilian?
Work Where Your Faith Matters
Be part of a Catholic community where your work has a purpose beyond the bottom line. Your efforts help support the parish's mission of serving God, families, students, and the wider community.
Make a Visible Impact
Take ownership of the facilities and projects you manage. From preventative maintenance to major renovations, you will see the direct results of your work and play an important role in preserving our parish and school for future generations.
We provide a smooth transition upon hire. You will not be taking up the reins with no access to vital institutional memory. Our outgoing director of facilities will continue to be available approximately one day each week to ensure you are well equipped for all your responsibilities.
Flexibility & Work-Life Balance
We recognize that our employees have lives and responsibilities outside of work. A flexible schedule, when operationally feasible, allows you to manage your responsibilities while ensuring the parish and school have the facilities support they need.
Be Part of a Community
Work alongside dedicated parish and school staff, volunteers, contractors, and parishioners who share a commitment to St. Kilian's mission.
A Variety of Work
Never Just Another Day This position combines facilities management, maintenance, project management, construction, vendor relationships, event support, and problem-solving. You will have the opportunity to use a broad range of skills and take on meaningful projects.

● Oversee the maintenance and operation of parish and school buildings and
