St. Mary’s Springs Academy seeking a full time Elementary Teacher. Candidates will be working in a culture of excellence and willing to be empowered in shared leadership within the school striving towards academic excellence. SMSA offers the benefits of 50% reduced student tuition at SMSA, and offers 50% tuition reduction through Marian University for graduate school.

Persons must be certified as a licensed instructor for Elementary grades in the State of Wisconsin. The successful candidate understands and has experience in current practices and methodologies for Elementary teaching. The candidate must also be a team player, willing to be flexible and collaborate with colleagues, successfully integrate technology into the daily teaching practices and differentiate instruction and assessment. Training in Literacy Links, Writer’s and/or Reader’s workshop is preferred. A faith- and values-based Catholic educator is preferred.
