Extended Care Director – St. Eugene School (Fox Point, WI)

St. Eugene School is seeking an organized, energetic Extended Care Director to lead our after‑school program. The ideal candidate has experience working with elementary‑age children and thrives in a collaborative, student‑centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly schedules
• Supervise students to ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment
• Track attendance and family payments with accuracy and confidentiality
• Work collaboratively with extended care helpers to support daily operations
• Communicate effectively with families and school staff

Schedule

• Typical hours: 2:00–6:00 pm on school days
• Occasional extended program days: 11:30 am–6:00 pm

Qualifications

• Experience working with elementary‑age children
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead, problem‑solve, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
