Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman with expertise to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will oversee daily cemetery operations, manage staff, and ensure that all activities are conducted efficiently and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cemetery maintenance and burial operations.
• Manage and lead a team of groundskeepers and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Schedule and oversee grave digging, landscaping, and monument installation.
• Maintain accurate records of burials, plots, and cemetery inventory.
• Communicate effectively with families, funeral directors, and vendors.
• Inspect equipment and grounds regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of service and care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cemetery Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cemetery operations, burial procedures, and landscaping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with safety standards and equipment maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
