Instructional Aide – St. Eugene School (Fox Point, WI)

St. Eugene School is seeking a compassionate, faith-filled Instructional Aide to support our 4K and 5K classrooms. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and experienced in working with young learners. This role is essential in helping create a warm, structured, and engaging early‑childhood environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction, activities, and classroom routines
• Support individual and small‑group learning as directed by teachers
• Supervise recess and ensure student safety and positive play
• Collaborate with fellow instructional aides and school staff
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability
• Commitment to supporting a faith‑filled school community

Schedule

• Hours: 11:00 am – 3:30 pm on days when school is in session
