Instructional Aide (3K) & Extended Care Helper – Full-Time Position

St. Eugene School – Fox Point, WI

St. Eugene School is seeking a patient, flexible, and faith‑filled individual to serve in a combined role as a 3K Instructional Aide and Extended Care Helper. The ideal candidate has experience working with young children and is eager to support a joyful, nurturing early‑childhood environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the 3K teacher with classroom activities, routines, and learning support
• Help supervise lunch and recess to ensure safety and positive interactions
• Collaborate with instructional aides and school staff
• Support the after‑school Extended Care program by supervising students and providing enriching activities

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children preferred
• Patient, compassionate, adaptable, and faith‑filled
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

• 3K Instructional Aide: 10:30 am – 3:15 pm
• Extended Care Helper: 3:15 pm – 5:00 pm
• Hours follow the regular school schedule
