John Paul II Academy and St. Lucy School are seeking a full time Music Teacher for the 24/25 school year and beyond. This is a shared position between two schools. You will only be at one school per day and the lessons and curriculum will be the same for each school. The schools are in close in distance to each other. This position is responsible for teaching general music education to 4K-8th grade students. Ability to teach some instruments is preferred. It is preferred that applicants also be able to play/accompany on piano for school concerts, etc. but it is not required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate subject area.
  • Knowledge of application of best teaching practices.
  • Ability to work in a high achieving school in a diverse environment.

 Preferred:

  • Demonstrate commitment to the principles of Catholic Faith.
  • Elementary teaching experience
  • Appropriate State of Wisconsin licensing and certification.
  • Have general knowledge of transformative technology instruction.
