Position Overview:

Holy Family Parish School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated educator to serve as a K4 teacher. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for early childhood education, a strong understanding of child development, and a deep commitment to Catholic values. This teacher will play a vital role in shaping the foundation of our youngest learners through a loving, faith-filled, and academically enriching classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, standards-aligned instruction in all core areas
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and faith-centered classroom environment
• Integrate Catholic teachings and values into daily activities and classroom culture
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to support all learners, including differentiated instruction
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to support each child’s growth
• Participate actively in school liturgies, prayer services, and community events
• Monitor and assess student progress, and communicate effectively with families
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (required)
• Valid teaching license for early childhood or elementary education (or eligible for one)
• Practicing Catholic preferred
• Experience working with preschool or kindergarten-age children preferred
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills
• A deep commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Holy Family Parish School
