Due to recent growth, St. John Vianney Catholic Parish School in Brookfield is seeking a caring, faith-filled, and enthusiastic full-time Kindergarten (K5) Educational Aide to join our dedicated team. This individual will work closely with the classroom teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment where every child is known, loved, and encouraged to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Responsibilities
- Support the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities and classroom management.
- Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce academic skills.
- Foster a positive, welcoming, and faith-filled classroom environment.
- Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and learning materials.
- Supervise students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities as assigned.
- Encourage students to model respect, responsibility, kindness, and the values of our Catholic faith.
- Maintain open communication and collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or principal.
Qualifications
- A love for working with young children and supporting their growth.
- Demonstrates Christian virtues such as kindness, patience, integrity, and compassion.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.
- Previous experience working with early childhood aged children is preferred.
- Must successfully complete all Archdiocese of Milwaukee Safe Environment requirements and background check.
