St. Francis Borgia Catholic School is seeking a part-time (60%) Lead 3K Teacher (2026-27 school year) to create a nurturing, student-centered, and play-based learning environment for our youngest learners. This role is ideal for an educator who values early childhood development, relationship-building, and faith formation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a play-based, developmentally appropriate 3K program
  • Foster a student-centered classroom that supports learners of all abilities
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse developmental needs
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with staff and actively contribute to the school community
  • Support a faith-filled environment through daily interactions and routines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in education
  • Valid Wisconsin teaching license (Early Childhood, PK–3)
  • Experience in early childhood education preferred
