St. Francis Borgia Catholic School is seeking a part-time (60%) Lead 3K Teacher (2026-27 school year) to create a nurturing, student-centered, and play-based learning environment for our youngest learners. This role is ideal for an educator who values early childhood development, relationship-building, and faith formation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a play-based, developmentally appropriate 3K program
- Foster a student-centered classroom that supports learners of all abilities
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse developmental needs
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with staff and actively contribute to the school community
- Support a faith-filled environment through daily interactions and routines

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in education
- Valid Wisconsin teaching license (Early Childhood, PK–3)
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
