All Saints Catholic School in Kenosha, WI is seeking a full time Learning Support teacher to join our team starting the 2026-2027 school year. All Saints offers a Preschool-8th grade program, teaching students in a faith-filled, rigorous academic environment. We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-centered educator to join our school community as a full-time Learning Support Teacher / Intervention Specialist. We have small class sizes and virtue based discipline.

Teacher Expectations:

• Help students needing extra academic support grow in their independence, while fostering a love of learning.
• Provide individualized and small-group academic support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Be technologically adept.
• Create an engaging environment for learning – creating expectations based on learning styles and abilities, managing student behavior, and providing feedback.
• Balance compassion with high expectations, helping students to discover their strengths, persevere through difficulties, and grow in confidence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student support plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with other teachers to plan, evaluate, implement, and maintain the school curriculum and other school events, while helping to create a positive working spirit and atmosphere among all stakeholders in the All Saints community.

Wisconsin teaching license required.
