Position Description: St. Roman School is seeking a long-term substitute teacher to support classroom learning during a brief leave period. This role ensures students experience consistency, care, and steady progress while their classroom teacher is away. If you enjoy stepping into new environments, keeping students engaged, and helping a team stay on track, this could be a great fit.

This is an ideal opportunity for new graduates of teacher preparation programs, retired teachers who want to remain in the school environment and career changers who are currently in a teacher licensing program looking to gain experience.     

Schedule & Compensation

• Assignment runs February 2026 - April 2026
• Full school day schedule.
• Compensation aligned with Seton Catholic Schools' substitute pay structure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
