St. Andrew Parish School is a faith-centered Catholic elementary school, fully accredited, serving Preschool through 8th grade students. We are located in Delavan, with an enrollment of 150+ students. We enhance each child's spiritual, academic, and social development in partnership with the Church, our parents, and our community, all based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. We are looking for a compassionate and responsible individual to join our team as a part-time Lunchroom/Recess Supervisor. St. Andrew Parish School is a close-knit, faith-based community that fosters spiritual and academic growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of students during recess periods.
• Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among students.
• Engage with children in a friendly and supportive manner.
• Enforce school rules and guidelines during outdoor activities.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate school staff.

Requirements:

• High school graduate, GED or equivalent.
• Supervisory skills.
• Ability to supervise and engage with children in a respectful and nurturing manner.
• Strong communication skills.
• Compliance with the Safe Environment Requirements of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
• Previous experience working with children is a plus but not required.

Environmental and Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and listen. The employee must frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 11:35 am to 12:45 pm
