St. Mary Parish School is a thriving 3K–8th grade Catholic school located in Hales Corners, serving approximately 380 students. We are seeking a full-time middle school science teacher who is dedicated to fostering a safe, welcoming, and respectful classroom environment. The ideal candidate will inspire and challenge students to reach their full potential while supporting both their academic growth and overall development.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in science from an accredited institution and possess a valid Wisconsin DPI certification (or an approved study plan). A passion for Catholic education, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with solid technology skills and effective classroom management.

Candidates should be able to collaborate as part of a team while fostering a positive, supportive learning environment. The position requires the ability to implement a variety of instructional strategies, differentiate instruction and assessment, and use student data to guide planning and support academic growth.
