St. Anthony on the Lake, a thriving, high performing school is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled principal to lead its 3K-8 school. The principal serves as the spiritual, instructional and operational leader of the school and is responsible for leading its Mission to "Live the Gospel Values, Seek the Lost, Commit to Faith and Academic Excellence, and Serve Others."

Position Summary

The principal works in close partnership with our pastor to establish a strong Catholic identity where academic excellence and a positive school culture prevail. The school and parish work tirelessly together to support the parish mission and to foster the formation of students in faith, knowledge, and service. 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the faith leader of the school, actively promoting Catholic teachings, values, and traditions
• Ensure integration of Catholic identity across all aspects of school life
• Provide curriculum and instructional leadership aligned to Archdiocesan standards and continuous improvement practices
• Recruit, develop, supervise, and evaluate faculty and staff
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful learning environment
• Collaborate with the Priest and parish staff to strengthen the parish-school relationship
• Oversee school operations including budgeting, enrollment, and resource management
• Engage families and promote strong communication within the school community
• Contributing member of the Parish Leadership Team
• Collaborate with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee for accreditation approval as needed

Qualifications

• Faithful practicing Catholic
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field
• Wisconsin Principal license or eligibility
• Minimum of three years of teaching and leadership experience
• Knowledge of Archdiocesan policies, curriculum standards, and accreditation processes or willingness to learn
