SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: Marquette University High School is currently looking for a full-time social studies teacher beginning with the 2026-2027 academic year. Marquette University High School seeks teachers qualified in their field who are open to growth, loving, intellectually competent, and committed to faith and justice. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● A full-time social studies teaching assignment, including 5 sections ● Co-curricular involvement ● Prefecting duties ● Participation in faculty orientation and formation programs ● Assisting with pastoral activities including student retreats 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: ● Demonstrate commitment to the principles of Jesuit education ● Possess a Wisconsin Educator License or be working toward licensure ● Hold a bachelor’s degree ● Have interest in summer school teaching ● Be well rounded in the field of social studies ● Have teaching experience 

 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: This position reports directly to the Principal
