St. Francis Borgia Catholic School is seeking a full-time student-centered Special Education Teacher (2026-27 school year) to support our Student Success Center in the upper school (grades 4-8). This position focuses on serving students with diverse learning needs through small group instruction, push-in support, and coordination of accommodations.

This teacher will collaborate closely with our K–3 Special Education Teacher, joining a supportive team committed to inclusive practices and the success of every learner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide targeted instruction and in-class support (ELA, math, executive functioning)
  • Develop and monitor student support plans and accommodations
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to support student growth
  • Support RTI processes and referral/IEP coordination
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, faith-filled learning environment

Qualifications

  • Degree in Special Education or related field
  • Knowledge of learning differences and instructional supports
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission (practicing Catholic preferred)
