SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

 

Marquette University High School is currently looking for a full-time Theology Teacher beginning with the 2026-27 academic year. Marquette University High School seeks faculty qualified in their field who are open to growth, loving, intellectually competent, and committed to faith and justice.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Full-time Theology teaching assignment, 5 sections 
  • Co-curricular involvement
  • Prefecting duties
  • Participation in faculty orientation and formation programs
  • Assisting with pastoral activities including student retreats 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Demonstrates commitment to the principles of Jesuit education
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology (Masters degree is preferred)
  • Be well rounded in the field of Theology
  • Has a deep desire and demonstrating ability to connect with and engage a diverse group of adolescent boys in their faith journey
  • Has teaching experience at the high school level

 

 

 

 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

 

This position reports directly to the Principal.
