This five-day retreat guides you through pre-recorded Healing the Whole Person videos from the John Paul II Healing Center, helping you understand and receive Christ’s healing and peace within the heart of the Catholic Church.

For anyone who has lived with anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, illness, or a pattern of sin they can’t seem to break, it can be difficult to imagine a life of freedom and peace. Participants in the John Paul II Healing Center's Healing the Whole Person will come to understand the wounds at the root of their struggles and how to bring those wounds to the Lord to receive the insight, freedom, and strength He wishes to give, especially through the sacraments and prayer.
