Ideas to Promote the Survey

1. Use the sample website, bulletin and pulpit announcements.
2. Make flyers for church and parish office bulletin boards.
3. Use the homily as a way to encourage parishioners to take the survey.
4. Share the archdiocesan social media posts or create your own.
5. Make announcements at ministry meetings, including youth groups, trainings, social gatherings, etc.
6. Make laptops available after Mass for parishioners to use to take the survey.
7. During parish office hours, make a computer station available for the survey.
8. Send email and/or text reminders to parishioners.
9. Send reminders home to school and religious education parents.
10. After Mass, hand out pencils with the survey URL to remind parioshioners of the survey.
