Nullity Process (Annulments)

A declaration of nullity by the church, or as it is more commonly called, an annulment, is an acknowledgment that a particular couple never achieved a full marriage commitment.

Those wishing to pursue a declaration of Nullity (annulment) will need to fill out an application.

This is the required document that begins the formal process of reviewing a marriage.
