Nullity Process (Annulments)

A declaration of nullity by the church, or as it is more commonly called, an annulment, is an acknowledgment that a particular couple never achieved a full marriage commitment.

Those wishing to persue a declaration of Nullity (annulment) will need to fill out an application.

This is the required document that begins the formal process of reviewing a marriage.

You are encouraged to save a copy of the form to your computer before you fill it out.

This form must be mailed to the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Tribunal at the following address:
