Archbishop Timothy M. Dolan, in consultation with the Priest Placement Board of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, has appointed the following priests for ministry in the Archdiocese. All appointments were effective January 1, 2009.
DIOCESAN PRIESTS
FATHER ROGER SAVAGE, pastor of St. Scholastica Parish, Bristol, and Holy Name of Jesus Parish, Wilmot, has been appointed pastor of the newly merged Holy Cross Parish in Bristol.
FATHER RONALD CREWE, pastor of Sacred Heart Parish in Racine, has been appointed supervising priest of St. John Nepomuk Parish, Racine, while still remaining pastor at Sacred Heart Parish.
FATHER DONALD ZERKEL, senior priest, has been appointed assisting priest of St. John Nepomuk Parish, Racine.
RELIGIOUS ORDER PRIEST
HILARY BRZEZINSKI OFM, from temporary administrator of St. Anthony Parish, Milwaukee, to pastor of St. Anthony Parish, Milwaukee, effective January 20, 2009.
Additionally, Archbishop Dolan has appointed a new Parish Director.
PARISH DIRECTOR
JAN RUIDL, temporary parish director of St. John Nepomuk Parish, Racine, has been appointed permanent parish director of St. John Nepomuk Parish, Racine.
