Natural Family Planning

Natural Family Planning, also know as NFP, is a system that can be used by a married couple for family planning to understand their fertility. Through observing, understanding and working with their naturally occurring times of infertility and fertility, married couples can achieve pregnancy or — when serious reasons dictate — avoid pregnancy. By learning to understand clear and observable signs of fertility, a couple can know which days conception is possible in each cycle. With appropriate education and support, NFP can be used at any age or cycle length, including during postpartum, while breastfeeding, after discontinuing hormonal birth control and during perimenopause.

We have a wide array of resources for NFP and menstrual cycle health for all ages and stages:

  • NFP method matching support
  • Postpartum/Breastfeeding
  • Perimenopause
  • Cycle education for adolescents and teens
  • Certified NFP teacher referrals
  • Doctors referrals for menstrual cycle health concerns, miscarriage, and infertility
  • Collaboration with parish leaders
  • NFP teacher training opportunities
  • And more!

Fill out the contact form with questions or to ask for more details about the above resources.
