ACE - Fact Sheet

ACE Consulting was established in response to the University of Notre Dame’s National Task Force on Catholic Education’s call to develop a high-quality, affordable consulting organization to serve Catholic schools. 

Today, ACE Consulting is the preeminent provider of consultative guidance and innovative thinking with regard to the unique and distinct needs of Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools. The organization’s portfolio of services attends to the following areas critical to school success: Catholic identity, school culture, academic improvement, strategic planning, financial management, marketing/enrollment management, development, and access to federal grant programs.

The ACE Team Members provide the highest level of professional and personalized service to Catholic educational institutions and seek to empower all servant leaders who are committed to Catholic education in a professional, lay, volunteer, or religious capacity to attain their optimal performance in carrying out the mission of Catholic education.

ACE Consulting works to make God known, loved, and served by strengthening and transforming Catholic education through research-based consulting, professional education, and strategic professional services. The team of experienced consultants strives to enhance the viability and vitality of Catholic schools by addressing areas critical to school success and offering strategies to leverage public and private resources to promote institutional advancement.

Services provided by the team include: professional development, strategic planning, a federal grants initiative, and executive search services. Besides its work with dozens of U.S. (arch)dioceses, ACE Consulting has been part of a coalition of local and international Catholic organizations working to improve access to and the quality of Catholic school education in the ten (arch)dioceses in Haiti through the Haiti Catholic Education Initiative.
