West Allis Native Named Auxiliary Bishop for Archdiocese of Milwaukee
The Most Reverend Donald J. Hying, has been appointed Auxiliary Bishop for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The appointment, made by Pope Benedict XVI, was announced in Rome, May 26, 2011. Bishop-designate Hying will be ordained by Milwaukee Archbishop Jerome E. Listecki, on July 20, 2011, at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist.
